Out of place
Feeling lost is not an odd sensation among us common folks. We put a great effort to find our place in life, among friends, and in our environment surrounding us, but there are times we feel like we have nowhere to go.
It’s always scary to take a new step, it is never easy. We feel lost, yes, but at least we identify with the pain, and it feels “comfortable” in a sense. We would rather stay lost and content.
But you see, sometimes losing our place in life is not necessarily a bad thing, because even so we feel out of place, at times it can also be seen as a chance to envision a new place for us, and find ourselves again, or even redefine our true self.
We all wish “the Man up there” would just make things easier for us, you know, just a smooth ride downtown. But part of the whole process is the struggle we put into it, and maybe a little faith on the side that somehow everything will work out just fine and all this will be worth it at the end.
